Cameron, a former Town player, has been diagnosed with a rare brain tumour (diffuse intrinsic pontine gliomaso), so rare that he’s the only child in Northern Ireland with it. This rare tumour is not treatable under the NHS.
BUT there is hope. There is experimental treatment in Mexico.
Children with DIPG, that have been given no chance have travelled over for this treatment and have seen their tumours shrink and in some cases the tumour has been rendered inactive.
This treatment is not available under the NHS so the family have to raise the whole amount themselves which is as much as £30,000 per month and will take many months.
Cameron NEEDS OUR HELP, let’s send him to Mexico for a chance.
We are diglighted to be able to offer our facilities for this family fun day. If you can’t make it on the day, please click the link below and donate as little as £1.
