Comfortable Win For Town

under 12 mid ulster 6Lurgan Town Mid-Ulster U12’s took on Ambassadors in the League at Annagh United’s ground on Saturday 18th March 2017.
Jack O’Brien had a good shot saved by the keeper early on.  Lurgan took the lead when Luke Carson cut in from the left hand side and from a tight angle finished brilliantly at the keeper’s near post. Lurgan were dominating the match, playing some very good football and scored a second when Joey McDonald crossed well for Adam Banks to slide the ball home.  Luke Carson extended the lead when he lobbed the keeper from the left hand side for his second goal.
At the start of the second half, Jake McMurray finished after a shot by Adam Banks and Jack O’Brien scored from close range to make it a very comfortable win for Lurgan.
