Hibble On Form In Draw

Town MU11 Predators played Moneyslane in Banbridge on Saturday morning and came away with a well deserved draw. Moneyslane started off attacking well and got the 1st goal on 5 minutes, they then dominated the next 10 minutes. Town equalised with an OG from a Emerson corner. The pace on the ball along with a deflection goal wards beat their keeper. Town went on to control the rest of the half and were denied a few times by Moneyslane keeper.

Moneyslane started well again and were rewarded when they broke away on a counter attack and slotted the ball into the bottom corner. Town soon equalised with the goal of the game, Ward, Nelson, Kennedy and Barr passed it through Moneyslane Defence and Bradbury finished into the top corner from the edge of the box.

This seemed to spur Moneyslane on and only for Hibble in nets they could have scored on a number of occasions. He was outstanding for the 2nd week in a row. Slane score again though to take the lead, but minutes later Town were level again when a corner from Emerson was slotted home by Barr. This was Barrs 1st goal of the season from right back and was well deserved for his commitment on the day.

Great spirit within the team and everyone was excellent again. Man of the match goes to Hibble again who has been Excellent for the last 2 games.
