Reserves Host Ballymacash

It was a disappointing opening competitive result for the new lads at the helm, but one they are determined to fix this week. We chatted with Keith Lunn about tomorrow’s home game.

After last week’s result Eric and I have been itching for Saturday to arrive as quickly as possible to build on a fantastic second half performance against Dollingstown. What filled us both with even more confidence in this incredible squad of players was that we all left the club last Saturday reflecting on what could have been a very different scoreline but determined to put it right at the earliest available opportunity.

We couldn’t fault the lads for their second half performance last week, their shape, communication, desire and effort were evident from the moment they stepped out for that second half!

Ballymacash will not and should not be a team who are underestimated, just like any team in this very competitive league. We have worked hard in training on Tuesday evening and we are under no illusions as to what is required tomorrow.

Eric and I will have the lads well prepped this evening on what we expect and have full confidence in this great squad of players to deliver those expectations on the pitch come Saturday afternoon at 2:30pm.
