U14s Hit Eight

The Mid Ulster U14s played Annagh Utd Friday night under the lights and came out comfortable 8-1 winners.

An excellent squad performance from the lads in very windy conditions.

Playing against the wind in the first half, Town controlled the game and took a 2-0 lead into half time.A few excellent saves early in the 2nd half by Sean McCavigan in the Lurgan goal seemed to raise the game of the rest of the Town lads.

Andrew Matthews and Mahmoud Shheideh got themselves well deserved Hat tricks while Dean Bradbury and Aiden Conlon hit the others.  Goal of the night was from Mahmoud, top corner goal from just outside the box.

Speedy recovery to Jake McMurray who came off after 15 minutes with a Calf injury. Andrew Matthews and Mahmoud Shheideh shared the man of the match with their Hat tricks.
